IOS version ONLYOFFICE document v7.4 has been updated

About ONLYOFFICE Documentation

ONLYOFFICE document is a mobile application suite suitable for mobile phones and tablets, which can help you manage, create, edit office documents on mobile devices, and collaborate at any time. New Content


Version 7.4 introduces new improvement projects that make it easier and safer for you to carry out your work. Let's take a look at the new features in the application.


Document Protection

Protect the document from editing and allow specific file content operations in the new document protection menu. The operations available in Protected mode are: read-only, review, form filling, and comment. You can also add a password to only provide trusted users with the ability to unprotect documents and obtain full access rights.


The document protection function is located in: Open File>>Upper Right Menu>>Protection>>Protect Document



Redesign of account menu


From now on, you can easily switch between connected accounts through the "Accounts" menu on the homepage.

Click on the account icon to open the account list. All available accounts will be listed in the pop-up menu, where you can switch accounts and easily add and delete accounts.




Vertical Text Alignment


Now, you can vertically align text in automatic shapes and tables, enabling more accurate text layout within objects.

To access alignment settings, select text and click on the pencil icon>>Text Format in the top panel.



Connect documents to your ONLYOFFICE collaboration space


The ONLYOFFICE document application can now be connected to the new cloud sharing and collaboration system, the ONLYOFF ICE collaboration space. You can access documents and collaborate with team members and external users in your own room.


The ONLYOFFICE collaboration space is particularly suitable for small teams and individual users, providing a free start-up version, as well as a scalable and customizable commercial version to meet the needs of various enterprises.
