The newly upgraded ONLYOOFFICE collaboration space has been released, bringing useful updates covering the entire platform. From simplified payment options to expanded document editing features, here is the latest version of collaboration space information you need to know.



Wallet and Services

You can now seamlessly purchase additional storage space for your collaboration space ($0.14/GB/month, minimum 100GB) to meet all your needs. More additional features, such as AI tools, will be launched in future versions to further optimize the user experience.

The purchase of additional space function benefits from the newly launched collaborative space wallet, allowing you to easily control payments and transactions.

The main functions of the collaborative space wallet include:

Add payment method: Associate payment card (via Stripe) for easy operation, helping you quickly set up your wallet.

Balance recharge: Easily recharge your wallet and set automatic recharge to avoid running out of funds in case of urgent need.

Transaction records: Track all transactions within the wallet to enhance transparency and facilitate financial management.

Important notice: Start up users need to add a payment card through Stripe before using the wallet function. Professional version users' payment cards are automatically associated and can immediately use all functions. You can upgrade your disk space at any time, and the cost will be automatically adjusted based on the remaining days of the current billing cycle. After canceling the disk space subscription, the service will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

Invitation settings help enhance access control

By adding invitation settings, you have full control over who can access your collaboration space. Organizations can enable or disable the ability to invite internal users or visitors. This is suitable for scenarios where access is restricted based on preferences, such as only inviting LDAP users.

This feature enhances team security by strengthening access control while retaining management flexibility.

Update function of ONLYOOFFICE document 9.0

In this update, a series of new features from ONLYOOFFICE Document 9.0 have been added to the collaboration space, enhancing the editing, viewing, and collaboration experience for multiple file types. The latest version of the editor provides:

Concise and smooth interface, chart viewer, Markdown file support, PDF text recognition (OCR), AI driven tables and macros, collaborative PDF form editor, drag and drop sorting of PDF pages, right to left (RTL) language support in tables

In addition to major updates, multiple detail optimizations have also brought higher reliability and versatility to ONLYOOFFICE collaboration space 3.2.0.

New Localization Options: Added support for Albanian (sq AL) and added file templates for Catalan, Czech, Danish, Hungarian, Indonesian, Romanian, Urdu, and Albanian.

Optimized filter: The fine tuned filter eliminates redundant processes, fixes errors when activating the filter, and avoids duplicate requests when searching for files or participants.

Keyboard scrolling control: The enhanced keyboard navigation in the new file panel makes interaction smoother and document processing faster and more intuitive.

Unstable connection automatic update: When the network is interrupted or delayed, the document will be automatically updated without reloading, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
