Please check the following three configurations in sequence

1) Check if the spelling of 'Standard Internet Host Name' in the Basic tab of the server documentation is correct and if there are any unnecessary spaces.

2) Under the Server Document Internet Protocol DIOP tab, confirm that the "Host Name/Address" column is set to the correct "Standard Internet Host Name".

Note: If the server has enabled IIOP site documentation, users need to check the "Host Name or Address Mapping to This Site" field under the "Basic" tab of the site documentation to confirm that it is set to the correct "Standard Internet Host Name".

3) Under the "Server Document - Internet Protocol - HTTP" tab, confirm that in the "Basic" section, the "Host Name" column is set to the correct "Standard Internet Host Name".

After checking the above three items and making appropriate adjustments, confirm that the mapping entry between "standard internet hostname" and IP address already exists in the DNS or local host file. Restart the Domino server and DIIOP service, and confirm that there is no error message "Unable to obtain the server's name or IP address" when DIIOP starts.
